US Farathane is seeking a Human Resource Generalist.
US Farathane has been a leading source of plastics manufacturing, supplying the automotive industry for over 40 years. Through highly technical research and development, coupled with a diverse and knowledgeable Management Team and dedicated Associates, US Farathane has continued to grow each year.

We provide customers with a wide range of full-service support from black box design concepts to highly engineered composites, TPE's and TPO's as well as specialized extrusion and compression technologies.

Job Description
  • Accurately process and transmit hourly payroll on a weekly basis.
  • Records changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, insurance coverage, and loan payments for each employee to update master payroll records.
  • Assist in plant worker's compensation program including accident investigation, maintenance of the OSHA log, and accident reporting to the insurance carrier.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for all hourly associates and prepare disciplinary write-ups as necessary.
  • Maintain good employee relations through effective communication and prompt attention to associate concerns.
  • Provide key HR input into the development of plant and department strategy goals.
  • Recruit for open positions through phone screening and interviews.
  • Conduct orientation for all new hires, as often as needed.
  • Responsible for on-boarding, such as entering new hire information into HRIS payroll system, develop file, and overseeing all necessary entry level documentation.
  • Developing internal job posting, and overseeing internal interview process for promotional opportunities.
  • Create and implement employee engagement activities throughout the year.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
