Position Summary

The IT Operations Analyst III role is responsible for making sure the Vericast IT Operations team completes critical work ensuring all deliverables are met. They will assist with designing, developing, documenting, and executing IT Operations processes. This person must have a sense of urgency, understanding the need to detect, escalate, and resolve incidents rapidly. By consistently executing operations processes this Senior IT Operations Analyst is able to ensure SLAs are met as well as the stability of IT service delivery across the enterprise.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

Responsible for designing, developing, documenting, and executing IT operations processes for infrastructure and application services processing. Responsible for providing troubleshooting or tier 1 incident resolution services. 50%

Provide incident leadership and assist with directing service delivery staff to restore service as rapidly as possible. (25%)

Responsible for managing and maintaining processes, procedures, elevation diagrams, system inventories. (20%)

Potential for assisting with physical hardware installation and removal. (5%)
