Range Telecommunications is looking for lively, multi-tasking client receptionists to fill vacancies in our Telephone Answering Service:

• DAY or AFTERNOON SHIFT (Full or part time openings, schedule can be flexible)

• Every other weekend OFF
• Opportunity for shift pick-ups, if one desires to

WHAT WE DO: We answer phones for various businesses across the United States, working to help assist them with their customers when they are not available to do so. WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO ANY TELEMARKETING. Our setting is more like that of an office than a call center. We answer for funeral homes, plumbing and heating companies, home health and hospice centers, and many more.

OUR MISSION: Our goal is to come across as natural sounding as possible- as though the clients are speaking to the offices themselves. We operate on a loose template of questions that allows us to have productive conversations without following a script. We encourage our operators to show their personality all while providing exceptional customer service.

OUR HOURS: We operate 24/7/365 with day, afternoon, and midnight shifts.

OUR BACKGROUND: Range Telecommunications has been in business since 1973 providing consistently top-notch customer service that has enabled our continued longevity. Our average operator in the answering service has been with us for 4 years or longer and we have many satisfied clients who have been with Range for decades.

OUR TRAINING: We pride ourselves on having a superior training program. We do not force an operator to start before he/she is ready, allowing ample time for operator proficiency. You will learn everything you need to know in a positive, encouraging environment where all coworkers have a vested interest in your development.

OUR PAY: Our pay goes to $13-$13.50/hr after training (about 4 weeks). Range believes in rewarding longevity and offers raises based on performance and tenure with the company.
