Job Description
Position Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall operations and effectiveness of the HR function across the country. This individual will support and deliver best HR practices on a corporate level while partnering with management team members to assess existing programs and develop improvement plans to drive HR efficiency through the organization. The manager requires delicate balance of strategic vision and tactical delivery abilities.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Responsible the operational effectiveness of the HR function.
  • Develop strategic goals for the HR team.
  • Lead negotiator on all health benefits.
  • Liaison to benefit brokerage firms.
  • Oversee employee payroll and benefit function.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding strategy and execution across the entire organization.
  • Facilitate annual Performance Management
  • Ensure compliance across all facets of HR (ACA, labor law, civil rights, etc.).
  • Work with Corporate Facilities Manager to provide safety program to all locations in accordance with local law.
  • Responsible for federal reporting (EEOC, QSLOB, OSHA, etc.).
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.


Experience and Skills
Desired Background:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or work experience equivalent.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in creating and implementing excellent HR programs.
  • Experience in HRIS and payroll systems preferred.
  • Track record of developing strategic goals and delivering superior results.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

Physical Requirements:
  • Sit at desk/computer for long periods of time
  • Lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally
