Administrative Assistant

You are efficient and a quick learner which frees up your time to assist various departments in the office with administrative tasks. Since you are detail oriented and work with little direction, your team knows they can count on you to get the job done.

Kent Power is a growing utility construction contractor that understands the value of working in a family environment away from the corporate grind. So what will you be doing?

A typical day in this position includes greeting all visitors and employees, managing incoming/outgoing mail, ensuring cleanliness of conference rooms and break areas, and providing the executives support with various tasks.

You will also be cross trained in our Safety and HR departments to provide assistance, as needed. Additionally, working with Continuous Improvement you will provide support with company communications and compliance.

A background in communications is preferred but not required.
