- SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER -

This position is for a sales & operation manager for a new division of the company. We are launching our virtual insurance agent division. This division will play an important role to grow and diversify the company. The individual for this role will be a key member of our management team who reports directly to the President. Success in this role comes from overseeing sales operations, ensuring sales goals are met and exceeded, continuously evaluating the overall sales performance to identify areas of improvement, as well as providing recruiting, onboarding, and training of respective sales team. Salary for this position starts at $70,000 annually (based upon experience), plus bonuses and benefits. There is additional monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses based upon overall sales numbers.

Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Health or Life Insurance Sales experience is a must

· Must work well independently and in a team environment

· High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree a plus

· Goal driven, ambitious, career minded, focused, and attention to detail

· Must demonstrate a strong desire to succeed

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Insurance sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • Health, Life, or Accident Insurance License(s) (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
