JOB DESCRIPTION
ERCOT is looking for a Contract Recruiter. Contract Recruiter Sources, recruits, selects and integrates qualified candidates through the screening, interview and hiring processes.
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruiting and hiring process
- Responsible for assignment of open positions to recruiting team, inclusive of external or contract resources.
- Monitors organizational hiring trends and patterns and adjusts recruitment tools and resources accordingly
- Partners with Hiring Managers to determine current and future staffing needs and establish most cost effective, efficient approach to fill open positions
- Processes hiring requisitions, verifying job requirements, recruiting needs and completeness of requisitions
- Recruits, screens, interviews and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers for all posted positions
- Seeks and develops new and revised methods for sourcing candidates
- Negotiates and extends job offers
- Coordinates the offer process with the HR Assistant
- Creates and posts position descriptions to external web resources. Researches, selects, and monitors use of internet job-posting sites, ensuring quality applicant flow and most effective cost
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Requires minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing, hiring, compensation administration and regulatory compliance gained in a dynamic, changing business environment in excess of degree requirements
- Requires experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication skills.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree : Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Required)
- or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
