We are looking for a full time HR Generalist who is a dependable, detailed, and a team player. You will assist our Management Team in the areas of human resources, employee relations, and various office administrative tasks/projects.

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics:

* Administration and HR experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Impeccable interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proven time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
* Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Work Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday; some overtime as needed

Pay Scale: $26.00+ per hour, dependent upon experience + Benefits

Required Qualifications:

* 2+ years' experience working in a human resources/office management role
* Bachelor/'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Thorough working knowledge of current employment-related laws and regulations.
* Advanced computer skills i.e. fast typing and the ability to maneuver through different screens and programs quickly
* Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
* The ability to write clear and concise emails and notes

Qualifications desired:

* PHR or SHRM-CP certification, current or acquired within 12 months of employment
* Excellent verbal skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Energetic personality
* HR Generalist experience a huge plus!
