Job description
**Job Purpose**
The Client Relationship Manager is a strategic and highly visible role responsible for the growth of assigned accounts, ensuring delivery of talent and maintaining client relationships within the MSP portfolio. ?The CRM will serve as the single point of contact for the SETT recruiting team to multiple global accounts. ?Key responsibilities include coordinating and integrating business strategy across multiple Kelly service lines and geographies to maximize profitability and improve customer satisfaction.
The CRM will be responsible for building strong relationships with hiring managers and MSP client sponsors to improve results and provide service value. The CRM will leverage existing account relationships by utilizing consultative selling techniques to increase and further develop Kelly's market share and brand. The CRM will be involved in quarterly reviews of accounts and take ownership of?performance-based deliverables, escalations, and program objectives.
**Essential Functions**
+ The Client Relationship Manager will have day-to-day contact with the client program sponsors to identify new business opportunities, with a focus on providing Kelly with exclusive staffing engagements as a preferred service, with project SOW and Direct Placement staffing.
+ Provide consistent insights and feedback to the recruiting team to ensure quality delivery and account objectives are met.
+ Work closely with the recruiting leadership team by providing fulfilment requirements and ensuring efficient & timely follow through to drive the process along from interview to offer stage within a high-volume environment.
+ Partner with the MSP as an end-to-end resource to identify strategic, as well as transactional staffing needs.
+ Develop core business and new service lines throughout the client's various locations and subsidiaries.
+ Understands and applies key industry trends and develops strategies to grow Kelly business.
+ Participates in contract renewals prior to expiration to improve terms and conditions, gross profit, etc.
+ Provide consultation, expertise, and solutions to the client, supporting their global talent strategy; Gains an understanding of client's overall business strategy.
+ Works closely with other internal Kelly divisions to represent the client and provide continuity of service across geographies and solutions.
+ Leverages account successes by replicating best-in-class programs and processes across the client organization and within the account base.
+ Communicates terms and conditions, servicing issues and pricing structures related to specific client accounts to the SETT Recruiting organization.
+ Engages all Kelly resources (subject matter experts) and divisions in support of client's objectives.
+ May perform additional related job duties as assigned.

**Requirements**
+ Must have 5+ years' experience with supplier management, VMS Tools, contractual SLA's, and metrics, managing complex accounts with an emphasis on key account management.
+ Work Location: Combination of on site and virtual.
+ This job can be performed anywhere except in the state of Colorado. Colorado residents will not be considered for this job posting.
