Job description

Kelly has an excellent

virtual opportunity for an Operations Specialist. This position supports one of

Kelly's large accounts and reports to the Operations Supervisor.


The Operations Specialist

will be responsible for the below:


+ Completing high complexity taskwork which includes tasks related to billing, payment to employees, auditand contract compliance, and customer technology support


+ Meeting SLAs and other deadlinesas required by contracts and business leaders


+ Consulting on process design andimprovements


**EssentialFunctions:**


This position will support

tasks for multiple locations for one of Kelly's large

accounts. These are high volume locations with approximately 1000

Kelly employees across all sites.


+ Manage Operations Mailbox andfile requests as needed


+ Respond to KE inquiries regardingPTO balances and payroll questions


+ Process PTO requests and submitto payroll weekly


+ Manage multiple PTO trackersdaily and update balances


+ Process Holiday pay and submit topayroll


+ Manage kickouts from payroll forPTO and Holiday submissions


+ Partner with Track Timekeepers onPTO and Holiday submissions


+ Partner with Consulting Advisorsto resolve payroll and PTO questions


+ Timecard discrepancy research andresolution


+ Payroll/PTO discrepancy researchand resolution


+ Process schedule changes


+ PTO audits


+ Special Projects as needed


+ Other accounts support as needed

**Requirements:**


+ 1 to 2 years Operational oradministrative experience. Customer service experience in addition to theoperational and administrative is a plus


+ Operations or administrativeexperience. Customer service experience in addition to the operational andadministrative experience is a plus.


+ Experience in Word, Excel, and VLookup. Intermediate level Excel proficiency is preferred as well asexperience with Microsoft Outlook

The

hourly rate for this role would be a range of $17 to $18.50 based on

experience.
