Description:

Our client is looking to add additional candidate to their outside customer support team. This person will be troubleshooting client issues revolving around network connectivity and functionality in their Kiosk products as they are deployed at customer sites.

Technical support, Active directory, Customer service, Service desk, Networking Support, Support, Troubleshooting, Call center, Remote support

Additional Skills:

Need to have base networking knowledge combined with traditional EUS skillset. Candidates with educational backgrounds in networking, CCNA, and Network+ have been ideal in the past.

Needs to know: OSI Models, network troubleshooting, subnetting, static IP, SMTP, DHCP concepts.

Experience Level:

Intermediate Level
