Job description

Crown Enterprises, a Metro-Detroit based company with affiliated operations throughout North America, is looking for an Executive Assistant at our Warren location.


The Administrative Assistant reports to the President of Crown Enterprises. Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the President's schedule; help keep him on schedule and screen out insignificant interference. Keep a list of "interferences" in case the President wants to follow-up with that person/issue.
  • Review reports, requests, work products that come into the President to ensure they are complete.
  • Research issues that come to the President's desk, redirect and escalate issues requiring urgent attention.
  • Maintain clear and detailed records and/or documentation
  • Additional administrative processes related to the individual portfolio managers and real estate agreements
  • Adhere to established processes and policies


The Ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload.
  • Associate's degree is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in real estate is a plus but not required
  • Superior communication skills including: listening, speaking, reading, writing
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Experience with Microsoft office (Outlook), and willingness to learn company specific systems
  • Customer service experience is preferred, but is not required
  • Upbeat personality/positive outlook
