Job description

Five Brothers Asset Management Solutions located in Warren, Michigan is looking for candidates with experience in property preservation to join our team! We are a privately owned company that has been in business for over 50 years. Five Brothers provides a full range of field services, including, property preservation, inspections and asset management. We provide solutions to our clients by preserving and protecting our clients' interests and by maintaining relationships with our clients and partners.


Our positions are full time, hourly positions with a pay ranging from $11.00 - $14.00 per hour based on experience and position.


THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSTION LOCATED IN WARREN, MI

Job Requirements:
  • Essential Functions
    • Review reporting on a daily basis verifying jurisdiction and sending tickler/emails to the clients for approval or required documents to complete registration.
    • Register properties that are to be "auto" registered/renewed.
    • Process registrations by creating necessary work orders to bill for all municipality fees and Five Brothers service fee.
    • Fill out the registration form or completing the online form, completing the results, invoicing the work order and sending the check and form to the city for registration.
    • Call the city or county when required, follow up with client when tickler/email is unclear, and answer all emails and ticklers within 24 hours.
    • Run reports to show renewals that are coming due, follow process for renewal including sending ticklers/emails to the client for approval, if necessary.
    • Submit all necessary inspection reports to the municipality per ordinance requirements.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Highly motivated
    • Excellent communication skills including written, email, telephone and in person.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail is necessary while also working with speed and efficiency.
    • Ability to easily adapt and accept change.
    • Basic computer skills including typing and knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Experience in default management a plus.
    Education and Experience
    High School Diploma or Equivalent
    Experience in Default Management and Property Preservation is a plus on management-identified needs
