Start-Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 6 Months + Extension/Conversion opportunities
Location: Medina, MN (Remote to start)
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm

JOB SUMMARY:
Partners with the Operations leadership team to provide financial insight and guidance. Responsible for reporting, analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and oversight of all financial aspects of the team expenses. Collaborate with functional finance and business leaders across Operations, Global Business Units, and Corporate to drive the business results, lead the financial interpretation and communication of issues that arise, and recommend courses of action.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures accurate monthly financial results for administrative functions including invoice processing, journal entries, and monthly reporting and variance analysis.
Align and collaborate with finance and business leaders in Operations, Corporate Finance, and Global Business Units to optimize financial results and coordinate plans to achieve financial objectives and goals.
Creates and communicates monthly reporting including variance analysis and MOR slides utilizing Power BI, PowerPoint, or other tools as needed.
Consolidates and communicates budget, forecast, outlook and long-range plan financial statements.
Responsible for monthly SIOP consolidation and distribution utilizing Alteryx.
Work closely with Logistics, Sourcing, or other Operations Finance team members by assisting with projects as needed.
Proactively work with leadership on expense savings efficiencies and spending process improvements, including supporting and promoting Value Improvement Process (VIP).
Exhibit financial leadership and train managers on financials.
Maintains and documents financial procedures and collaborates with business partners on developing and enforcing effective processes and controls to maintain financial integrity.
Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
3-6 years experience in finance/accounting required, manufacturing experience a plus.
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a matrix environment with multiple customers and evaluators.
Strong knowledge of Excel financial modeling and data interchange with mainframe systems. OneStream/Hyperion knowledge a plus.
Detail oriented and possess strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives at once.
