We are looking for a motivated and digitally-native Visual Designer to help craft the marketing & sales collateral at Branch. They must enjoy putting order to chaos in a high-energy work environment. Must be adaptable, have strong deductive reasoning, and the ability to work on their own as well as operate within a team. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Create original designs and rework existing designs while helping to maintain unified brand language across different media, applications, and collateral.
* Generate creative and manage a B2B web presence, including graphics, photography, type styles and other UI conventions.
* Prepare, optimize, and hand-off designs based on method of production and display.
* Respond to feedback in a timely manner.
* Participate in regular design reviews across design disciplines and provide feedback.
* Give and solicit feedback from the design team in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
* Be an active participant during ideation, self-advocate, and offer solutions over roadblocks.
* Provide digital design support in the form of email, social, and paid digital advertising campaigns.
* Ownership of marketing and sales-enablement collateral.

Qualifications:

* 3-5+ years of design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates solid aesthetic sensibilities and the capacity to think creatively.
* Experience working with industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Sketch, Google Suite) and a willingness to learn new software, techniques, and production processes.
* An understanding of Web standards, website UI conventions, and mobile-first design principles. Familiarity with core HTML/CSS conventions is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail, an ability to maintain brand or product consistency across multiple assets.
* Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work based on short and long-term initiatives.
* Positive attitude and ability to maturely handle constructive criticism.
* Ability to work through problems in a non-linear fashion and provide solutions to meet the needs of supported teams.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
