Job DescriptionStep into an instrumental role. Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast-growingand friendlyfinancial planning office. Work as an employee of an independent advisor who has 20 plus years of experience servicing the community with honesty and integrity as a franchisee of one of the premier financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial.ResponsibilitiesThe associate financial advisor will assist financial advisor(s) in working with clients to help them achieve their financial goals. As an associate financial advisor, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice. This role provides client relationship support through meeting with clients to obtain planning information, taking meeting notes, address client needs as follow-up to meetings, analyze client's current investments, financial planning, estate planning and insurance needs and coordinate with appropriate resources. Will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor.Required QualificationsFinance or Accounting Major preferredSeries 7, 66 and Life, Health & Annuity Insurance Licenses, or willing to get licenses within the first 6 months.Experience in the financial services industry preferredStrong technology skillsStrong communication skillsSelf-driven, good listener and ability to provide advice with confidencePay is dependent on experience and qualificationsSelf-worker as well as with a teamIntegrity and character are of utmost importance!About Our CompanyWith the right company, life can Be Brilliant.
