The Business Analyst Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes. They will lead process design and matrixed project implementation teams in scalable and diverse process improvement initiatives. Diagnose process improvement opportunities, develop and deploy automated solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools. This position is also responsible for quality reporting, data analysis / management, and developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement across various products and platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Owns end to end process improvement initiatives
- Develops and implements functional, market and/or site strategy plans, production and/or organizational priorities
- Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems outside the team
- Leads product, service or process related decisions which likely impact other functions including internal and external customer accounts
- Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
- Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
- Participates in the development of business strategy
- Develops and manages business plans to achieve objectives
- Leads large complex projects to achieve key business objectives
- Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
- Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches
- Directs cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of identifying process inefficiencies and working across an organization to create and document scalable repeatable solutions in the health care industry
- 3+ years of developing/deploying creative and innovative solutions in the operational domain
- 3+ years of experience in the data analytics and/or process improvement domain
- Experienced in converting research and business requirements into process plans and implement solutions
- Intermediate to advance EXCEL, Visio, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills
- Intermediate to advanced SharePoint and Power Automate skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Healthcare Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid products
- Scheduling and workforce management experience

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,9000.
