As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will use advanced database tools to provide specialized data analysis. You will organize, sort and filter data in order to distinguish patterns and recognize trends. Develop and maintain data preparation to support Salesforce migration efforts and Salesforce data integrity initiatives.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support Salesforce data migration efforts
• Support Salesforce data integrity initiatives
• Scrubbing, monitoring, and reviewing data to make sure that it meets necessary requirements prior to data loading into system
• Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with assistance from others
• Uphold data quality expectations and ensure compliance
• Prioritizes, documents and organizes own work to meet deadlines
• Provides explanations and information to others on topics regarding Salesforce data, with some assistance from others
• Institutes innovative problem-solving techniques

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years Salesforce.com experience
• 2+ years data management experience
• Working knowledge of SQL
• MS Excel skills
• Understanding of relational database principles

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills and keen attention to details
