Our corporate Finance team is on the hunt for an experienced Financial Analyst to serve as the finance business partner to the Research and Development (R&D) team and Marketing function. The role will be the main point of contact for the VP's of R&D and Marketing, along with their respective teams. If you are looking for a role where you will be a strategic thought partner providing financial insights through strong analytical and financial modeling skills, then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

* Provide accurate, timely, & informative business insights to key stakeholders
* Provide analysis on key business drivers & metrics
* Create and optimize financial reporting & financial models, including new product business cases
* Lead the development of monthly & quarterly business reporting
* Lead monthly financial forecasting and annual operating planning processes for key stakeholders
* Build relationships across teams to drive consistency in reporting and forecasting
* Provide analysis & support to the Corporate FP&A team as needed
* Manage and assist with various ad hoc projects including, but not limited to, capital projects, cost reduction efforts, strategic planning, financial trending, etc.

Education and Experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of financial analyst experience
* Intermediate financial modeling & analysis skills
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills
* Experience with SAP, BW, and/or BPC preferred
* Must be driven, self-motivated, and have an inquisitive nature
* Strong problem-solver and results oriented mindset
