Job Description Summary
The Sr. HR Manager - Data Analytics & Visualization will support strategic HR analysis and reporting tools providing insight in all areas of HR. They will provide direction for data validation, strategic workforce analysis and execution/ alignment of recommendations to core philosophy. In addition, they will lead the analytics team in business consultation of methodology, building models and interpreting output. The Sr. HR Manager - Data Analytics & Visualization will report directly to the Global HR Operations leader. They will be responsible for managing and coaching the members of the team.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative consultation process to formulate and validate statistical models to deliver data driven business insights.
  • Perform independent review and validation of more complex models completed by analyst team.
  • Responsible for the strategic planning and short-term initiatives of model validation activities.
  • Prepare reporting for management; expert in Powerpoint visualization and storytelling
  • Manage, coach and develop direct reports and support them in delivery of objectives by modeling a culture of continuous improvement regarding HR Operational customer focus and process delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR and Business Leaders to identify business questions, ideas, interpretations, solutions and action planning to provide clients with insights to make workforce decisions.
  • Proactively review processes to streamline and increase efficiencies.
  • Contribute to broader global projects as required.
  • Maintain an awareness of new trends and development related to concepts, practices and procedure within the model validation/HR analytics field.


Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Bachelors of Arts, Science or Business Administration
  • At least 8 years of direct experience in quantitative data validation, analysis and interpretation with multinational companies or large corporations at corporate/regional/global level
  • Demonstrated HR leadership with ability to guide a cohesive team
  • Previous experience with recruiting reporting, Applicant Tracking System, Human Resources Information Systems and HR databases.
  • Expert technical knowledge of advanced software packages used in analytics (Tableau)


Desired Characteristics:
  • Experience in providing independent technical guidance and counsel to HR stakeholders at various level of experience and hierarchy in the organization. Ability to adapt advisory style and tailor final products to target audiences.
  • Strong consultative skills
  • Strong track record in developing and conducting projects unilaterally in all stages - planning, kick off, work coordination, proposal, implementation and handover to local HR.
  • Able to work independently by leading, guiding, and/or coordinating others and operating within a defined budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge and develop others through coaching and mentoring
  • Use of abstract thinking to deal with intangibles and uncertainties
  • Detail and numerical orientated with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Articulate, adaptable, with excellent inter-personal and cross-cultural skills
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and finance for business.
  • Eye for detail, confidence to challenge and ask questions
  • Can-do attitude with a strong sense of accountability as well as interdependence
  • Ability to work under broad or limited supervision
  • Logical, structured and process-orientated thinking
  • Expert Excel skillset (pivots, V-Lookups, Graphs/Charts); quick adaptability to systems, tools and processes
