In this full time, benefit eligible position you will ensure exceptional customer service as well as maintain a safe and clean repair environment, performing delivery and returns as needed.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily repair orders and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and return of equipment and supplies.
• Maintenance of Stihl inventory including set up out of box, display and sales.
• Complete Stihl repair training within three months of hire (off site)
• Product expert/resource for customers purchasing Stihl products.
• Assist in other areas of the store including but no limited to customer service, point of sale, product inventory and maintenance.
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Maintain proper stock rotation.
• Perform light maintenance to building and surrounding areas as needed.
• Pulling daily retail and commercial orders as needed
• Receiving and stocking of incoming freight
• Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or materials.
• Assist with inventory audits.
• Other tasks and special projects as assigned

Candidates must be mechanically inclined, able to lift up to 60 pounds, and be available for overtime when needed.
