About the role

In this role as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

  • Create and execute on recruiting strategies that are credible and provide clarity and focus for stakeholders to drive results.
  • Create effective sourcing strategies designed to attract top and passive talent with an emphasis on diverse pipelines. Implement thoughtful approaches to attract and recruit diverse talent including use of technology, social media, community outreach, military, educational, professional organizations, and referral networks.
  • Define tailored assessment and interview processes for hiring needs that give clear insight into the candidate's skills and capabilities.
  • Be accountable for meeting established performance targets and providing a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Utilize Workday (applicant tracking system) to post positions, manage candidates, develop reports, and maintain all recruitment data
  • Implement best practices to attract and recruit diverse talent including use of technology, social media, community outreach, military, educational, professional organizations, referral networks and outplacement agencies

About you

You're a fit for the role of a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner if you:
  • We prefer if you have 8+ years of talent acquisition related experience, with success shown in multiple companies or industries. Knowledge and experience with Technology professionals is highly desired
  • Bring experience in creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates using out-of-the-box methodologies and building diverse pipelines through those efforts.
  • Have a track record of recruiting for and scaling high-performing organizations; prior experience working in global information, professional services, or technology company is desirable
  • Can successfully use core recruiting technologies, like Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever), to manage a workload of up to 20 open jobs at a time while being mindful of time to fill and creating compelling candidate experience
  • Possess an analytical mindset and are adept at leveraging recruiting funnel data to make strategic recommendations and informed decisions

What's in it For You?

You will join our inclusive culture of world-class talent, where we are committed to your personal and professional growth through:
