**Position Overview:**
Entrust is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to act as a central resource providing ongoing technical administration, support, management, business analysis and solutions for our partner- and customer-facing enterprise web portals including those on Salesforce Communities and Zift. This position includes portal optimization, administration, application technical support, solution design, system analysis, sustaining user adoption, enforcing system standards and design best practices, managing system access/security controls, and training development and delivery for internal colleagues, and other duties as assigned.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Facilitate the implementation, use, and enhancement of our partner- and customer-facing enterprise web portals including those on Salesforce Communities and Zift
+ Evaluate and propose how to best leverage our enterprise web portals to meet evolving business requirements and information needs, both within and across functions
+ Work effectively with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize specific requirements
+ Design solutions and implement changes (using industry standard best practices) to meet short term requirements while considering broader business implications and needs
+ Develop and maintain project deliverables that support the business processes, including functional specifications, solution design documents and hands-on configuration of the system
+ Be the lead technical resource for business process owners, internal end users, and other support staff
+ Enable our agile lifecycle management process for enterprise web portals by facilitating sprint planning with business process owners and technical team members
+ Work closely with IT, vendors, and other cross-functional team members to analyze, troubleshoot and solve complex issues
+ Play a critical role during upgrades and releases to the system including impact analysis of vendor releases, quality assurance testing, change management participation, and deployment execution
+ Support efforts to develop, train and expand use of our enterprise web portals to optimize productivity and effectiveness for our partners and customers
+ Define, measure, and report on web portal usage, user, and security metrics
+ Partner effectively with cross-functional IT team, business sponsors, and business SMEs on requirements, optimizing the solution, and project implementations
+ Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field
+ Minimum 2 years of experience performing web portal solution design, implementation, and support
+ Minimum 2 years Salesforce Communities administration, implementation, and support experience
+ Proficiency with understand and writing HTML
+ Proficient in understanding Visualforce
+ Experience being the technical SME on large and small-scale projects and supporting a global client base
+ Ability to analyze disparate pieces of information, gather from multiple data sources and put into an easy-to-understand structure using Microsoft Excel and/or an advanced database application.
+ Thorough understanding of sales and service processes including (but not limited to): lead & opportunity management, quoting, forecasting, ITSM/ITIL processes, customer engagement
+ Proficient with MS products: Excel, Power Point, Outlook
+ Explicitly understands business analysis concepts including requirements planning, management, elicitation, communication, documentation, and solution validation
+ Experience developing requirements, business and test case documents
+ Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
+ Travel globally may be expected up to 10%
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years' experience managing web portal implementations
+ Experience working with Zift/ZiftOne or other cloud-based Partner Portal technologies
+ Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
+ Experience working with SiteCore
+ Certified Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant
+ Certified Salesforce Administrator
+ Certified Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Designer
+ Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
+ Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
+ Experience working with Boomi, SharePoint, Oracle E-Business Suite
+ Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
+ Knowledge of standards such as ITIL, PCI Compliance, software and mobile web application standards
+ Ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team
+ Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages and strategies both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
+ Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality
+ Ability to juggle competing demands and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
+ Ability to interact and develop relationships with all levels of personnel from both business and technology teams
