Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist works closely with leadership, departments, and other Human Resources staff to support the day-to-day administration of policies, staff recruitment, employee orientation, employee relations, development, training, payroll, risk management, Human Resources programs and other needs as defined by the regional director of Human Resources.

What is Required?

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
* 5 years of Human Resources experience is required
* Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws
* Knowledge of Human Resources Management Systems, preferably Workday
* Experience in Home Health service or Hospice environment preferred
* Professional of Human Resources (PHR) or Society for HR Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) required
* Strong understanding of interviewing types and biases; performance management; conflict resolution; and employment law
* Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

You will report to the Regional Director of Human Resources.
