What You'll Be Doing:

You will be responsible for meeting and satisfying the customer's needs by having orders completed in a timely manner. The orders are required be replenished, slotted, and moved systemically before they are allocated to the finishing team for completion. Once orders are complete, they are audited and brought back to the clerk to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenish, slot and manually move orders through ORACLE.

  • Run EDI reports Check email's on a frequent basis.

  • Communicate order status to shipping office.

  • Allocate orders to the finishing team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Consideration:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Typing 35 words per minute (WPM).

  • Physically able to lift 50 pounds.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Must be able to work 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
