As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you'll drive vital projects that have strategic importance to make that mission a reality. You'll use your sharp business skills to assist in creating, controlling and improving business processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
- Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in writing business and/or system requirements
- 2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects and deadlines
- 2+ years of experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance
- Health care industry experience
- Team lead or project lead experience
- Experience with MS Access
- Leadership supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience training or mentoring others
- Experience with managing systems and user provisioning
- Visio
- Excellent communication both verbally and written (daily communications with State Regulators)
