The Manager of Employee Relations leads the employee relations functions of human resources department including policy and procedure implementation. Provides guidance to leadership on properly investigating and responding to employee conduct and performance issues along with administering the Performance Management Program. Maintains a positive relationship with department directors and leadership facilitating data driven employee engagement initiatives and retention plans. The Manager of Employee Relations is the Assistant Director of HR and acts on behalf of the HR Director during their absence.
