As a Lifestyle Coordinator you will plan, organize, facilitate and direct recreational activity
programs for residents in the Assisted Living community, such as sports, games, arts/crafts and
others to assist residents to develop interpersonal relationships, socialize effectively, and
develop confidence. You will also regulate program content based on individualized patient
capabilities, needs and interests. Organize and coordinate special outings and internal/external
community events. Plan and document a monthly activity calendar. Assess and document
progress charts and periodic reports for medical staff and other members of the treatment team
reflecting resident reaction and evidence of progression/regression. Network with community
organizations, businesses, schools and individuals to form a solid volunteer program.:

Qualifications:
- Minimal of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent:
