Senior IT Technical Recruiter
JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for the following Job Duties:
Develop recruiting strategies to identify quality I.T. candidates through various recruitment tools including networking, referrals, Internet sourcing, and job boards. Manage full life cycle recruitment, from gathering and understanding client''s technical job requirements to placement of candidates at client work locations. Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening and phone interviews. Ascertain the competence of candidates against a technical job description. Negotiate hourly wages, salaries, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates. Oversee pre-employment steps including reference checks. Grow and maintain contract employee billing. Lead, mentor, and train junior technical an recruiters in recruiting processes. Oversee junior technical recruiters in candidate screening, rate negotiation, and submission procedures. Work with account managers to place qualified candidates at target client accounts. Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment. Maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge and get referrals. Maintain a consistent pipeline of technology professionals that align with client requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
? 60 months of employment experience as IT Recruiter or related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Any Engineering or related.
