EquipmentShare is searching for an Executive Assistant to support our Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer for our corporate office in Columbia, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the VP Finance, Deputy Treasurer, to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the VP updated
  • Anticipate VP's needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc
  • Manage calendars for VP of Finance-Treasurer and VP of Finance-Deputy Treasurer for meetings, booking appropriate appointments and utilizing creative time management skills to enable executives to maximize productivity and use of time
  • Coordinates lender onsite visits, prepares and maintains expense reports, manage/track projects as assigned
  • Clearly articulate, communicate and relay important information and critical documents
  • Verify supporting documentation, create/edit spreadsheets and reports
  • Process documents and track finance contracts, schedules, assignments and other reports
  • Juggle projects of competing priority levels and display a strong sense of follow-through with all tasks

Skills & Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; a degree in financing or accounting is preferred.
  • At least three years of experience supporting at executive level
  • Solid communication skills. You'll work with many different departments, represent EquipmentShare in professional settings and relay important information to leadership, so clear communication skills - both written and verbal - are paramount
  • You're detail-oriented, enthusiastic about driving projects to the finish line and you value organization
  • You're great at building relationships for the long haul (that means with stakeholders, team members, board members, external partners and customers)
  • You're always looking for opportunities to succeed, propose new solutions and come up with new ideas
  • You don't waffle between decisions; instead, you're a strong decision-maker and can prioritize multiple tasks with ease
