Job description
**Description:**
Employees will be working in Mill area. In those areas, they specialize in the manufacturing of the rubber and string that goes into belts and hoses that are in motorcycles, conveyor belts, cars, tractors, blenders, vacuum cleaners, bicycles, & 3D printers, just to name a few. The process starts with raw material - mixed, heated, and cooled for mill production. A Production Operator will spend most of their day lifting, measuring, mixing, and monitoring machinery and gauges.
**Pay:** $17 per hour
**Shifts:** Day and Night shift
**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**
Best candidates will have worked in a dirty ,hot manufacturing in the past.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
• Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
• Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
