Summary:
This position is responsible for the Technical Development and support of the PeopleSoft (PS) Financial and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) platform v9.2. Leads highly complex or enterprise critical projects that require a diverse array of programming expertise. Responsible for leading application analysis, design, development, integration and enhancement. Daily responsibilities include leading multiple, concurrent projects and/or support efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Takes a lead role in system implementations
- Utilizes leadership and project management skills to gather support from stakeholders to ensure project success
- Mentors team members through formal and informal methods on new functionalities with new releases of PS
- Utilizes strong communication skills, collaboration w/ customers, and proactive updates to potential issues
- Translates complex business requirements into solutions, identifies potential benefits, and re-engineers workflow processes to achieve anticipated benefits
- Proactively seeks to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships and effectively manages client expectations through production support
- Partners with the Project Management and business users to support all phases of project implementation
- Develops and validates PS solutions leveraging expert knowledge and best practices
- Develops and executes a detailed system test plans and test cases and provide issue tracking and consolidation
- Manages a coordinated UAT with team members
- For continuous improvement and growth, identifies and ensures new ideas of Cloud computing, Fluid, chatbots are aligned with PS releases Performs installation, functional and performance testing, maintenance, and modification of vendor supplied software
- Builds business councils, develops governance between customers and developers, develops reports and presentations for Sr. management and facilitates planning processes
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- US Citizenship to obtain and maintain US Dept. of Energy ""Q""-level security clearance.
- 10 or more years of direct work experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft ERP system.
- Work experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 in FSCM and Manufacturing
- Three or more years of technical experience with PeopleTools 8.56 or above
- Demonstrated Programming experience in various major programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, Python), and SQL

- Demonstrated experience creating Webservices/API integration from external business applications to PeopleSoft FSCM
- Exposure Oracle Database 12C+ and Oracle client Tools like Toad, SQL developer. Exposure to Store procedures and Triggers
- Strong functional knowledge in PeopleSoft FSCM, Financials & Manufacturing
- Proven ability to mentor peers to better results and identify appropriate training to improve team's technical bench strength.
- Demonstrated initiative to maintain technical currency.
