Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative is a high-level customer service position that is one of the first lines of communication within the department. The Customer Service Representative is responsible to ensure that each customer, patient, and coworker is treated in a professional and friendly manner. The main responsibility is to answer phone call and response to requests of those calls. This individual may be assigned other projects as needed and be expected to complete the project within a certain timeframe.

Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Previous Customer Service or Medical Office experience preferred.

Intermediate Computer skills.

Experience with Microsoft office ?intranet and word documents.

Ability to effectively communicate in English both orally and in writing.
