As HR Coordinator - Sr. , you are an integral part of our team, helping to define, shape and build out our recruiting function for success and maximum impact. This role has room for growth and is ideal for someone interested in building a career in recruiting or human resources. You will support activities including recruiting, onboarding, new hire orientation, contingent workforce and our campus recruitment efforts and internship programs. You are the point of contact for key partners including candidates, business leaders, recruiting team, search firms, vendors and the broader HR organization. We seek a team member who is proactive, collaborative, flexible and intellectually curious as evidenced through actions. You will handle multiple tasks with ambitious timeframes, complete responsibilities with limited guidance and think creatively to solve problems. Responsibilities: Support the Recruiting team throughout the full candidate recruiting cycle to maintain a high-touch, white glove hiring experience. Schedule interviews and coordinate applicant travel. Follow and maintain applicant progress through our applicant tracking & onboarding systems (e.g. pre-employment screens). Ensure new hire onboarding policy compliance (e.g. I-9, vaccination, etc.). Manage recruiting vendor relationships. Lead contingent worker onboarding process. Assist with resume reviewing, screening, and sourcing for select positions. Support on-campus recruiting and our internship programs. Maintain process and policy compliance. Support successful completion of audits. Find opportunities to improve the applicant experience through automation, process improvements and exceptional communication. Actively support and/or facilitate special projects, including conducting research and creating presentation materials. Uses interpersonal and influence skills to work cross-team and cross-functionally to deliver desired outcomes. Understands the business/organization, anticipates needs and responds accordingly. Knowledge of inclusive HR and Recruiting processes and tools. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and work experience. Previous experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting. 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant/coordinator.
