As an Intern you will be brought on to our team to learn about American Century Investments and the financial services industry through an initial formal training program and continual training and mentoring throughout the program. Interns will then apply that knowledge to meaningful opportunities and projects. In this internship, you will: Gain an overview of the Investment Data Management core responsibilities. Develop a keen understanding of fundamental financial data quality assurance analysis and entry. Assist with investment security reference data and operations projects to be resolved. Learn about equity trading. Preview, and assist with year-end financial reporting and tax process for mutual funds. Craft the reporting of investment data within the organization. Gain oversight of daily fund accounting provided by a service provider. Collaborate on daily investment accounting of institutional portfolios. Internship Structure: 10 Week Program. 40 hours a week, between 8am-5pm CST.
