Paraplanner - Kansas City, MO

Sterk Financial Services has an immediate, full-time opening for a Paraplanner in our expanding Kansas City branch. Sterk Financial Services is based in Dakota Dunes, SD and is an established and growing financial services firm. ABOUT THE JOB - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Financial plan creation including plan data, working with advisor on recommendations and tracking the plan through to completion

● Coordinating meetings with prospect/client for the advisor

● Prepare advisor materials for client meetings

● Trading and trade checking

● Tracking investment performance on annuities, managed accounts, funds, and stocks

● Ongoing investment account support - fund closures, fund research, share class utilization & more

● Managed account project coordination

● Other client special projects

REQUIREMENTS

● 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry

● Must have Series 6/63/65 or Series 7/66

● Life/Health insurance license(s) are preferred

● Word and Excel proficient

● Ability to pass background check
