About UsBlue Sky Photography is established to provide services such as photography, drone photography, virtual tours, and other additional products to enhance the sales of the listings more effectively. We are serving about 35 states and pushing for more! We are a photography team who strives for making our clients' sales a success.We do not offer videography services and this job is not for a drone pilot only, since the majority of our services include residential, commercial, and land properties.Who Are We Looking For?Creative, motivated, and driven individuals who can adapt as we continue to grow and advance while taking on new responsibilities. You must be organized and ready to learn new skills. You must have a car with a current and legal driver's license. You must ALWAYS be courteous for customers and be prompt adherence to appointments. The ideal candidate will have a full kit (DSLR, 360 Camera, Drone).What's In It For You?While you would start as a part time, you can create your own flexible schedule and earn income weekly. You would get the chance to build your knowledge on real estate and grow your reputation as a solid real estate photographer for many future clients to collaborate with, along with the professional office members.Photographer's ResponsibilitiesKeep schedule updated for effective bookingReceive appointment informationPrepare equipment for upcoming appointmentsTravel to your appointments a few minutes earlyPerform pre-shoot walkthroughs of the propertyPerform the assignmentsComplete other appointments, if multiple in a daySend photos to the office by end of the day for post-productionEquipment RequirementsDSLR Camera, capable of 5 or more AEB bracketingsWide Angle Lens 10-22 mm lens (crop sensor) or 16-35 mm (full frame) or equivalent or the willingness to investSturdy tripodDrone (DJI Mavic Air or other equivalent to it), 12+ megapixels / 4kRicoh Theta SC2, Z1, other Matterport-compatible camera, or willing to invest in oneiOS device (iPhone)Computer or Laptop with high speed internet (upload speed of 15 mpbs)**If you do not have access to a drone AND live outside 40 miles from the city this job ad is advertising for, do NOT apply for this job.**Skill RequirementsWe will provide training to get you on the same page with our process and you will demonstrate real estate photography expertise by completing a practice complete package. Big advantage if you are already a licensed drone pilot as well per Part 107 of the FAA.Education RequirementsCollege degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent requiredMulti-lingual is always a plusCompensationWe offer competitive compensation for the appointments completed and pay a percentage of the total price of the products you create. This can range anywhere from $30 - $90+ per appointment.
