Job description

Responsibilities:
- Develop scorecards and dashboards that provide accurate and timely visibility into operating results using both internal enterprise data and external data sources.
- Translate business requirements into actionable reporting insights using data visualization techniques.
- Thoroughly document report creation and functionality, then train users on how to utilize that functionality.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical resources to successfully implement reporting solutions.
- Project based work across multiple business functions that develops a thorough quantitative and qualitative understanding of current performance, identifies key findings, presents actionable recommendations, and forecasts expected results to senior leaders.
- Prioritize, manage, and drive multiple concurrent projects independently to successful completion by using effective time management skills.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail with data retrieval, manipulation, and calculation.
- Create relational data models that support repetitive analytical needs.
- Collaborate with internal team members, corporate functions, and field stakeholders as well as outside consultants to drive results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree achieved with distinction in either a business-related discipline or data analytics.
- Master's degree in a relevant topic is a plus.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Products - Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with business intelligence software, data warehousing, query writing, and other data extraction techniques.
- Analytical experience with sales, finance, marketing, or supply chain.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new analytical tools and software.
- Strong ability to develop trusted interpersonal relationships.
- Strong oral, and written communication skills including the development of presentations.
- Multidisciplinary financial and / or operational analysis, modeling, and reporting experience a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
