Corporate Trades Recruiter

Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA) is currently seeking an experienced recruiter with a ""can-do"" attitude and a willingness to hit the ground (and phones!) running to tackle challenging, hard-to-fill trades positions. What's that, you say? You are someone who works hard and values getting stuff done.? We like you already. Have experience in quick turn recruiting jobs? Wow. We REALLY need to talk.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Be the direct contact to our clients. No more having to work through 2 other people to get the answers you want. You'll recruit directly for the hiring manager.
  • Source, screen and deliver the best candidates to our clients to further establish a positive and capable opinion of the HRA brand.
  • Create a talent pipeline by building relationships with qualified candidates in prioritized skill sets.
  • Participate in intake calls and work to resolve client issues as they arise. Keep strict attention to detail for all candidate-related processes. Use system reports to track your weekly progress on goal completion and identify bottlenecks in your process.
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to bring valuable candidates to the pool.
  • Master the intricacies of our applicant tracking system, working closely with our Process Manager on weekly training initiatives.

Skills & Requirements
  • A strong handle on social media resources/outlets and the role they play in the evolving recruiting landscape and utilize them in your search process.
  • Staffing / Agency and Corporate background preferred.
  • Comfortable cold-calling candidates and applying creative means to source and hook qualified candidates.
  • Blessed with the gift of gab and able to start and end their day pounding the phones, leaving no candidate stone unturned.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively navigate through Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • You're a true team player that isn't afraid to run a few two-a-days.
