The Role:
You will serve as a strategic leader that collaborates closely with senior business leaders to develop and deliver talent strategies in support of an enterprise-wide Business Operations Services organization, focused on driving innovation, scalable change and transformation across local markets to meet the evolving needs of our growing organization.
In this role, you will deliver end-to-end business services solutions. You will drive key initiatives that support building and executing our people and talent strategy in partnership with the local leadership teams with focus on talent development & succession, workforce planning, retention, culture and engagement, and a variety of other key metrics.

Position Purpose: Accountable for aligning people strategy with business strategy. Drive the talent agenda, partnering closely with Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Operations and business unit leaders to effectively and efficiently deliver a full spectrum of strategic and tactical programs to support business and people objectives. (Aligned with an HRBP, region, and/or business leader(s), responsible for moderately complex assignments.)
* Advise and coach people leaders and employees on matters related to talent development, organizational performance, engagement and culture, leadership, and strategic planning
* Develop and analyze data to guide business leaders in workforce planning and execution of people strategies
* Partner with COEs to deliver key programs in the business to support talent assessment, talent development, and enhancing leadership capabilities
* Participate in and/or drive cross functional projects
* Act as change agent, driving continuous improvement culture

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 3 years of human resources, project management, data analysis, operations, continuous improvement or related business experience.

Succinct, precise communication skills (verbal and written), adaptable to varying audiences
