What is a New Business Development Representative and what do they do?
A CLEAR New Business Development Representative is the voice of the CLEAR brand, serving and supporting our members each day on the front lines. Sales Representatives provide exceptional customer service while guiding members through the secure CLEAR biometrics verification process and enroll new members in airports and stadiums. Our New Business Development Representatives are the heart of our company and the heart of our member experience! You will gain the skills, training and experience to help you contribute to your success and our company's growth.

Who Our New Business Development Representative Are:

  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience, a plus
  • Open availability and flexibility is a must - ability to work a variety of shifts
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and not afraid to approach others to engage in conversation
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day and work a full time schedule
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • CLEAR will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable laws or ordinance
