RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is seeking to hire a Senior Business Analyst for temporary employment in Saint Louis, Missouri (MO). Summary: The client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will join the IT team supporting CRM systems including the configuration of a cloud-based ERP in a fast growing, fast-paced environment. This person must be well experienced in sales and marketing process areas and can become a partner with our Sales leaders to influence, recommend, and implement IT solutions. This person must have excellent communication and analytical skills, knowledge of agile, cloud-based deployments, cloud configuration, customization, and data visualization skills using tools such as Power BI or other BI tools. Responsibilities include:

• A Senior Business Analyst will gather requirements, communicate effectively to various levels in the business, and have a technical understanding to help deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business
• Build data visualization tools and maps to support sales and marketing data-driven decision making
• Provide reports and presentations in support of business reviews, project management, customer events, etc.
• Maintain and administer CRM data and reporting tool
• Lead projects including preparing and communicating status reports that track scope, issues, budget, and timeline; They will also be responsible for the quality of the solution by ensuring the proper testing, standards met, and support of the software development life cycle
• Configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM and cloud system to ensure availability, performance, scalability, and security
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes across platform and application domains
• Coordinate and support full cycle implementation, application development, ongoing optimization, and stabilization of applications
• Prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment while possessing a high sense of urgency

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Combinations of related education and experience may be considered
• 5+ years of business analysis experience working on complex problems and producing concrete, actionable solutions
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to demonstrate a technical aptitude
• Kanban Board experience for the planning and tracking of work within scrum or Kanban Agile methodology
• ERP Cloud Reporting, VBA, Macros, MS Access, Advanced Power BI, SharePoint, Visio, and Data Analysis knowledge
• Business systems analyst experience in cloud applications; Good knowledge on Agile practices with both Agile/DevOps environment working experience
• Proficiency in application design techniques, configuration, and documentation of cloud-based applications
• Ability to review a technical design document to ensure developers are aligned with functional requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication, data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently as well as in a virtual team environment
• Detail oriented, quick learners who can demonstrate thoroughness and strong ownership of work
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Documentation and visualization mastered
