Location/Division Specific Information

Working as part of the Biologics St. Louis Leadership Team and reporting to the VP/General Manager of St. Louis and North America Operations, the St. Louis Site Change Management Leader is a key leadership role will lead and coordinate projects and initiatives centered on accelerating organizational effectiveness.

What will you do?

Works to ensure the leadership team is prepared for strategic discussions (STRAP), business reviews, site programs and activities to help drive employee alignment and engagement and deliver weekly reports on the status of our business to partners. Key initiatives would include utilizing organizational change methodologies to plan and lead leadership communication through various method and forums to help our employees better understand the business, technology, Biologic market, and customers. We are looking for a strong change management professional that can operate strategically as well as deliver on tactical execution!

The role will coordinate and facilitate strategy mapping exercises, partner with our global functions to build-out and drive our strategic roadmaps and generate content for annual strategic operating plans. Build monthly/quarterly business review content as well as generate weekly divisional updates. The role will also coordinate and facilitate monthly leadership team governance meetings.

The position will assist in developing and executing key communication programs and activities to help employees better understand the mission, vision and strategies, help build manager communication capabilities, drive engagement and help connect employees to both the work within the site, the network, and the company overall. The role will work with the leadership team to raise awareness of developments to be elevated and communicated outside of the company and assist with the development of essential messaging and tactics for disseminating information.

Education

  • Bachelors Degree

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years dynamic experience in leading change initiatives within an organization including influencing, aligning, preparing core content, and leading implementation with an emphasis on change management, project management and employee engagement.
  • Project Management Certification Highly Desirable
  • Ability to work with senior executives from across the organization.
  • Experience in different communication platforms, intranet content development and other communication technology.
  • Experience in creating and implementing organizational change strategies.
  • Project and program management experience with a proficient understanding of PMI, Lean, PPM and PMO standard methodologies; Experience in creating and leading resource models and tools, measuring project earned value, and calculating return on investment preferred.

  • Solid ability to drive process improvement initiatives and coordinate local and global resources;
  • Strong business analysis skills, excellent meeting facilitation and documentation skills.
  • Strong social skills and acuity at creating impactful presentations-PowerPoint optics to effectively convey leadership messaging
