The WIM Digital team is responsible for designing and delivering dynamic, innovative, and engaging digital solutions to best serve the evolving needs and preferences of our clients. In addition to maintaining and growing the current digital offerings of Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) and The Private Bank, the team is responsible for building the next generation of online and mobile investing capabilities and digital servicing experiences. WIM Digital partners closely with SDI and across the organization to drive these changes.
WIM Digital has three openings within the WFA secure session core experience team. This team is responsible for managing the core online experience for our advised and self-directed clients to make managing their investments easy and intuitive. The Digital Business Analyst (E-Business Consultant 2) is a key contributor to our success in delivering great client experiences. One of the three roles will support our Apply & Account Setup product area, the second will support our Mobile capability, and the third will support our First Clearing white label business.

Responsibilities include:
- Drive and capture product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with design partners on UX/UI development
- Partner closely with Technology for solution design and delivery
- Perform site and content reviews to ensure information remains accurate and adheres to legal, risk, accessibility, and compliance requirements
- Research and resolve defects and production issues
- Review and update procedure and training documentation and launch communications
- Identify opportunities to improve the client's digital experience by reviewing research and feedback from Voice of Customer sources, user testing, and competitive intelligence
- Participate in production validation and regression testing for code releases
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of e-business experience

- Knowledge and understanding of brokerage industry: products, services, operational policies, and procedures

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
