YOUR ROLE The Planning and Warehouse Manager role will lead the production planning team, bulk material planning team, and warehouse team. These groups partner with plant operations and the corporate central planning teams in developing finite production schedules, define optimal material flow, and provide leadership and strategic focus to accomplishment supply chain KPIs. Key metrics for the team are inventory targets, operational efficiencies, and customer service targets. These results are achieved through maximized production run quantities, optimized timing of promotional/new product transitions, and robust raw material inventory strategies. As with all roles and responsibilities in the plant, safety leadership will also be a fundamental aspect of this role. Manage raw material inventories and finished goods to meet KPIs and minimize carrying costs. Partner with R&D, Customer Service, Transportation, and Marketing teams to execute strategies. Monitor ordering processes to ensure adherence to lead times and safety stock guidelines while minimizing obsolescence exposure.

YOUR SKILLS BS/BA Degree, 7 or more years' experience with an emphasis in manufacturing, warehousing, and planning/scheduling. At least 5 years of supervisory experience. APICS certification preferred. Additional experience in logistics and purchasing/vendor management preferred. Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Power BI reporting are preferred. Strong knowledge of SAP, APO or other ERP systems. Henkel is an equal opportunity employer.
