AWARE invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! This position has the unique opportunity to work collaboratively to make an impact on the lives of Montanans. We are looking for an outgoing individual who shares in AWARES values and our mission. This position is based out of Montana and must reside in the state of MT to work remote.

Reporting to the Human Resource Director the Talent Acquisition Coordinator works closely with the assigned hiring managers and is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. This full-time role will provide the opportunity to learn while contributing to all aspects of our recruiting process, from posting job openings, to coordinating interviews, pipeline creation and initial steps of the on-boarding process. This candidate will excel in organization and will need to work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
Requirements
The TA Coordinator position is full-time and includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including insurance, 401(k), tuition advancement, paid vacation, personal and sick leave, and annual raises. The successful applicant may be based anywhere in the state of Montana. Travel to Anaconda and other locations throughout the state is required.
The individual assigned to this role is expected to possess the education and skills needed to develop and deliver the job duties listed below. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have experience working with an HRIS, Paylocity system is a plus.
Primary duties will include a wide variety of activities to support the recruitment process. Serves as an integral partner to hiring managers in facilitating recruitment activities while providing some administrative support throughout the hiring process. Coordinates and completes all pre-employment screening processes. Maintains detailed and complex employment records in accordance with policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Partner with the marketing team to manage logistics relating to job boards, high-volume interview coordination with hiring teams
- Collaborate and communicate, professionally, tactfully and empathetically while always maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Maintain best practices in recruitment compliance and identify alternative recruitment methods to target, attract and maintain a highly skilled and diversified applicant pool
- Provide high touch customer service to all internal and external parties of AWARE
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date metrics, recruitment and applicant files in the company's applicant tracking system
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- AA/AS Degree in a Business/Administration Related Field is required. An equivalency may be considered if the work history is direct employment experience.
- Two (2) years of Human Resource and/or recruitment experience.
- MS Office: 3 years (Preferred)
$43,240 - $45,240/Year DOE DOQ
Annual Wage Increases
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus
