Overview:

Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking an Escrow Officer to join its Hamilton, MT office. Duties:

Work up basic files, start to finish, including Doc Prep (Deed, Escrow Instructions, All title clearing docs) Signings Disbursements Client & Customer Interaction

Requirements:

Five Years Escrow Experience or 7 Years combined Escrow and Industry Experience

Experience:

• Ability to work up basic files, start to finish, including Doc Prep (Deed, Escrow Instructions, All title clearing docs) Typing Skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Strong client relations and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, quality driven and professional
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
