Position Overview:
Organizational Change Management (OCM), when done well, is a blend of art and science. It blends research-proven methodologies, OCM practitioners' experiences, and nuanced business needs that lead to the creation of structured approaches to enabling people to adopt and adapt to new ways of working. OCM creates strategies and plans to enable our clients to lead their teams through large-scale, transformational change. Our OCM team supports our key executive sponsors and leaders, creates engagement strategies to drive awareness and desire to move to new ways of working, and designs learning strategies to support the necessary upskilling needed to be successful.
An OCM Change Manager will primarily spend time on client-facing projects, helping educate clients on OCM methodologies while delivering tangible, stakeholder-centric plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the ATG Change Lead, Advisory team and client groups to co-create successful OCM strategies that enable clients to lead their teams through change initiatives
- Work with the ATG Advisory team and clients to deliver successful change consulting engagements
- Design successful communication and learning plans for impacted stakeholder groups that maximize adoption of new ways of working and minimizes disruption of the business
- Support creation, development, and execution of project-level change management activities and deliverables, such as: impact assessments, and communication plans, coaching, training programs and artifacts, resistance management and measurement plans for adoption
- Deliver effective change management activities, ensuring the quality of deliverables and timely completion / sign-off of change management deliverables in line with the client expectations
- Highlight new business opportunities within ATG clients, and contribute to other business development activities
- Engage proactively with internal business improvement initiatives
- Support the ongoing development and improvement of our change frameworks and tools and drive integration with other practices to deliver seamless client transformation programs
- Contribute to thought leadership and innovative approaches to solving client challenges as it relates to the OCM and Advisory practice
- 4-7 years of work in consulting, OCM, and/or supporting transformation work across multiple functional teams
- Demonstrable understanding of Change Management approaches and frameworks
- Experience in multiple areas of Change Management in complex, global organizations across industries, such as stakeholder management, communications and engagement, training, benefits realization, change impact assessments
- Able to build relationships with related functions, gain trust and support, encourage collaboration
- Curiosity for what drives a client's business and how individual stakeholders approach their roles
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Demonstrated success at prioritizing own workload
- Well organized and structured in both strategic thinking and project execution
- Ability to adapt style and approach to client needs and ensure success, excellent influencing and communication skills to manage effective stakeholder relationships
- Ability to synthesize and analyze ambiguous information and present effectively
- Demonstrates the ability to use own initiative to address challenges in client delivery or internal operations
- Exposure to digital and Agile approaches to delivery
- Expertise in O365 tools, including tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, One Note, SharePoint, and Forms
- Degree-level education with relevant Change Management experience preferred or relevant/related working experience
- Remote or Missoula, MT
- Up to 50% of the time
