Human Resources Manager
Purpose of role: The Human Resources Manager role primarily supports the wholesale employees in the Field as well as the Corporate office across all aspects of Human Resources. This includes, but is not limited to, employee relations, performance management, benefits, policy and procedure.

Main Tasks and Responsibities:
- First point of contact for employees and managers on employee relations, performance management and leave of absence
- Acts as stratregic business partner for leadership of specified deparments growing relationships, involvement in initiatives and driving business improvements
- Implements and administers HR policies and programs
- Support retention initiatives through managing exit and stay interview processes
- Counsels managers and employees of a wide range of HR related topics
- Manages HR Effectiveness Survey; administration, analysis and action planning
- Active participant in various cross-functional teams and projects
- Partners with HR Shared Service on employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
- Manages Leave of Absence process, including ADA Accommodations, Workers Comp
- Key stakeholder in the talent acquisition process, partnering with Talent Manager as needed to schedule, coordinate and participate in the interview process
- Other duties as assigned
- Travel up to 5%
Education and Skillset:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field, SPHR or Master's Degree in HR a bonus
- 5+ years of progressive HR preferably in medical device or hearing health industry
- High personal accountability, ability to issue spot and prioritize. Strong stamina, adaptability and flexibility
- Excellent relationship building, active listening, collaboration and influencing skills
- Able to work across all levels of the organization, team player and adept at offering and accepting feedback
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Focused on results, business partnership mindset and high degree of professionalism
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
- Ability to synthesize and analyze data and information
- Strategic Mindset
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office suite
- Success Factors, ADP Vantage experience
