Job Description Summary:

Provide executive support to the Vice President, CIO's and Assistant Vice Presidents for Information Technology Services and general office support to Information Technology Services professional staff as a coordinator, liaison and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts. Responsible for coordinating schedules and calendars, providing travel support, processing correspondence, serving as primary contact for payroll and leave support and follow-up, providing general information and following records retention policies and procedures.This position will uphold the ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with integrity.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree plus three years of administrative office experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications- Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Experience with SAP is helpful. Equivalent education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired may be considered. The ideal candidate is an agile, self-starter comfortable with attention to detail; an energetic, creative problem solver who is able to work independently along with the judgment to seek supervision and/or input from others when necessary; a resilient learner who is able to develop relationships with the university's stakeholders.
